Terms of Use

Thank you for using Aesthetic Medicine Training (“AMT”, “us”, “we”, or “our”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, apps, and other products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Some of our Services may include downloadable software for your computer, phone, tablet, or other device. You agree that we may automatically update such software, and these Terms will apply to any updates.

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You may use our Services only if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older;

• Can form a legally binding contract with AMT;

• Comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and our policies (including any course-specific eligibility requirements); and

• Are above the age at which you can legally provide consent to the processing of personal data in your country of residence.

Any violation of these Terms, laws, or policies may result in suspension or termination of your access.

When creating your AMT account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

2. License to Use Our Services

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless you have our written permission for other uses. You agree to maintain only one user account, not to share your account credentials, and not to allow third parties to access your account.

Using our Services does not grant you ownership or any intellectual property rights in the Services or their content.

3. Commercial Use

Commercial use of our Services without a separate written agreement is strictly prohibited. For institutional or organizational use, please contact us at info@aestheticmedicinetraining.eu.

4. Content Offerings

Our Services include courses and educational content (“Content Offerings”) developed by AMT and, in some cases, in collaboration with other partners (“Content Providers”).

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any Content Offering or change the evaluation criteria at our discretion.

No Academic Credit

Unless explicitly stated, AMT courses do not grant academic credit. Completion of a course does not imply accreditation by any educational authority unless formally recognized.

5. User Content

You retain rights to any User Content you submit (e.g., assignments, forum posts), but grant AMT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content for educational, operational, and promotional purposes.

We may remove any User Content that violates our Terms or applicable laws.

6. Security

We prioritize the security of our Services but cannot guarantee they are immune to unauthorized access. Notify us immediately at info@aestheticmedicinetraining.eu if you suspect account compromise.

7. Third-Party Content

Our Services may contain content or links from third parties. AMT is not responsible for such content or for any harm resulting from its use.

8. Copyright and Trademark

We respect the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Paid Services

Some Services (e.g., course certificates) require payment. Prices are in local currency unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and charges.

AMT reserves the right to change fees at any time. Updates will take effect upon posting.

10. Modifications and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time. If a paid Service is discontinued, you may be eligible for a refund per our Refund Policy.

You may stop using our Services at any time.

11. General Terms

• Revisions: We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Severability: If a provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in effect.

• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
